I have been looking around online and found places like property shark, foreclosures.com, speedmonster, etc...I just wanted to know if these sites are any good and has anyone had luck with them or other resources.

I paid $200,000 and when the economy tanked this property was well under water.

All the storage tanks are filled, railcars are filled, pipelines are filled. 

You may not have the experience to recognize the Sharks that will start circling you so tread lightly.
