So im in the bay area, looking to do my first fix and flip deal...

Im looking to do my first and maybe first couple deals as JV. Is there anyone out there preferably near the bay are who wants partner with a young hungry investor. Nobody works harder and I have high standards for integrity for myself and people I surround myself with....

I have a good amount of funds for a beginner over 100k.  I know the bay area is pricey but there are guys out there making plenty of money... Im on my way to making millions in RE I know this for a fact. Who is with me??

@Brent Hanson

First of all welcome to bp.  First a word of caution.  Be careful about announcing how much money you have.  Your a new investor coupled with money.  You may not have the experience to recognize the Sharks that will start circling you so tread lightly.  Prior to entering any partnership run it by a real estate attorney.  It will be money well spent.

As for the Bay Area I don't invest there but I know there's plenty of opportunity so good for you for going after it.  There are plenty of heavy hitters so connect with them.

@J. Martin can perhaps point you in the right direction.

Good luck and God speed.
