Hello guys, Just a quick question, looking to see what more experienced opinions are on this...I'm doing all my research at the moment before stepping into real estate investing with a full time job (40-45 hours a week). 

Realistically, it doesn't sound like a deal worth pursuing

I don't want to step on any toes in the process but I would love to get all the neighboring properties under contract as well.  

Lots of investors miss that step. 

We've taken the first steps to secure the land. 

I don't have capital to invest, so the next step for me is to connect with others in this space with offers to help so that I can learn.Good luck to all of us here on BP! 

Though I am not a CPA, but I would like to give them some ideas so that they can think and take steps in that direction. 

I thought of it on a day that I didn't seem to getting ahead to the next step in real estate, and was getting somewhat discouraged.

I am very mixed with what my next steps should be, the property is a 3 hour flight from me so it is not crazy far, but I wouldn't be able to manage it on my own and would of course need a property manager.I'd love to hear from everyone to see what more experienced real estate individuals think.

So in the past 2 weeks I find out the 19 yo supposed daughter of the tenants is not his daughter but I'm guessing a step daughter and she has 2 children 2 yrs and younger.
