Just starting the process
I'm just now getting into learning about real estate. I am completely debt free, house is worth about 165k. Do not have alot of free cash to use. Would like to hear some suggestions on how to get started. Should I save or do a home equity loan? Would like to flip a couple houses to put some money towards rental properties.
