That is basically gifting you money. 10% down is also way too low to make it attractive for a seller to finance you.

I almost didn't post because I hate to throw in some negativity, but here is a different perspective.You're also inadvertently leaving out people who CAN'T have those jobs, ie retired people and some people with disabilities.
