Not that I'm 1/2 was in to the demo I found a rotten beam, two completely in supported joists, and the entire down stairs is still functioning on live knob and tube wiring!

If you want to compare an infill project in Five Forks where an 850 sq.ft. house is combined with the empty lot next door, then raised to make a brand new, not functionally obsolete 3800 sq.ft. house... then yes, Raleigh is appreciating like no tomorrow.
