Anybody using this free analysis software? http://www.realestateanalysisfree.com/

It seems like it might be comparable to the one offered in the pro version here.

Is there anything else out there that's good to use?

@Elbert D.

After reading the rentalsoftware (Cashflowanalyzer) reviews - it seemed like a waste of money for me

($99). I found a free tool (at least for my basic needs) here:

http://www.zilculator.com/

After using it couple of days, I must say that I love it! Really simple to use and didn't cost me a dollar.
