Also, between years 2 and 5 we will most likely be moving to Colorado when I have my computer science degree.

I want to build my career revolving as much of it as I can around real estate but I do not know how/where to start as an ES degree. 

I am currently a student finishing up my last year in school with a degree in marketing.

Also, something to keep in mind that; you may have to realize different people have various degree of success. 

@Herman Ruiz if you plan on going to college my advice would be to get a degree in finance with an emphasis on real estate and then get a graduate degree in real estate.
