Starting a Career in Real Estate

What’s up everyone?

I am currently a student finishing up my last year in school with a degree in marketing. I have decided I want to pursue a full-time career in real estate, preferably commercial, after completing my degree. I have been studying real estate finance on my own for about 6 months and I think I understand it pretty well. However, I would like to learn more.

How did you all get your start in CRE?

What businesses do you recommend connecting with?

Part-time/Flexible work I can do while I am still school?

Books & information?

I am fairly proficient with the Adobe apps like photoshop and Indesign. Also understand how to run ads with Google and Facebook. Microsoft Office Suite too, of course. How could I put some of these skills to use to begin my career while finishing classes?
