How is the employment rate? 

Now I want mixed use or over 5 units brick, full basement multi-families facing a park or on public transportation with at least 2 good employers in the area.  

We recently rented for change of employment, and I had to show proof in writing from owner for their files before they would let us put cable in another room.  

Hello everyone,my name is Dimitry Adonis. i am new to biggerpockets as you can tell by my post title. i am currently employed as a Financial Analyst at a major financial institution in the New England area.

To start, I have chosen my first niche and method (SFH wholesaling) and am ready to begin but do not have a contract drawn up.

I know that the method of letting it go to auction won't work anymore as excess can only go to those who were a defendant in the judgement.

If there is a difference in ethics, marketing methods is defiantly one to be discussed.

The only way it would fail is they lied on the application form, or their employer or previous landlord offered "new" surprising information.Or are you saying an applicant would submit multiple applications at the same time to multiple properties like how a high school student applies for multiple universities? 

I do make my own lists using a few different methods but like I said I've heard of the success stories people had with list source so I wanted to try a list I had in mind.  

I have an associate on the East coast that credits their paid coach for their success and they have spent good money but have done very well with the information provided to them. this paid mentor had a very well thought out method for them to get into the business and they followed it to a tee..
