I know you are supposed to keep them in a separate account than your main checking account, do you need a separate account for each property?

I’m currently building a team to work with me on house flips and rentals, and I wouldn’t want this land I want for mostly personal use to mess with those goals.Some initial ideas on adding value to the property: -build a pond w/dock, add a food plot, maybe a small cabin to attract hunters/outdoorsmen-fence some or all of the area to make a small profit (enough to cover property taxes?)

The main question is what is your price point?

We made a a profit on the house, which was minimal mainly due to paying a little too much but still proud of fixing it up!

I still think there are attractive deals out there, but would encourage you to also make sure you are very comfortable with the type of area you are buying in long term.

So... neighborhood is a nice and quiet area behind a main road that has some rough parts... my neighbor itself is pretty nice and people always mention things like “oh I never knew these were back here!!”

Due to the location of the utilities it would take a lot of work to run a connection to the main sewer line so running a macerating toilet would save a lot of time and hassle. 

However, for the most part, there are three players to this, namely you, the property owner, and the bank.The main thing is each one of the parties has to trust the other and perform their part of the deal.
