Hello,

Looking for the best up and coming areas to invest in the Baltimore City area. Any Insight will help. I am from Maryland and I'm somewhat familiar with the city but would love a more experience investor to provide any guidance. Thanks!

Chinquapin, Alameda, Loch Raven.  Try Hamilton, Carney, Parkville,Anywhere north of Glenmore Ave off either Bel Air Rd or Harford Rd.

Best of luck

Stephanie
