I am also spending time on Zillow getting to know the area.So far I am a little overwhelmed with it all, but am starting to get it figured out. whitle it seems that most people who start are looking to wholesale, I am not sure that is where I would like to spend my time and energy. any suggestions on how to get started with limited cash.

It might shine some light on what one might have to look past in order to find a decent deal.

Her current lease is up in about 5 months and I could get a good deal on a new washer and/or dryer right now that will be more energy efficient.

Removing some of the upper cabinets would visually open up the space and increase lighting. 

Else you'll have piles and piles of empty 24oz bud light cans everywhere and alot of damage and fights, not one mentioned the fights.
