It's always funny (not really funny) how some people, like the one above, copy someone's written words or for that matter artwork, layout, or copy written material and claim it as their own.

I would do in person appointments lay out the maps and the US GS quad maps and the other thing that set me apart is that I would go take my own aerials.. 

You want someone who does not only file your taxes, but also helps you lay out strategy for the next year - there is only so much you can do after the fact.

Initially, you may want to make this “$0” until you are comfortable with your PM, and also layout the preferred method of communication – I suggest written so there is a paper trail.

They have layouts and you can chose based on the dimensions of the house.   

. - since it seems like the land is already there for the unit, I would check and see if you actually have room to build another unit (or better yet what the best layout of the property would be). 

The market is HOT and you will get multiple offers within 7 days if you're priced right and don't have a god-awful layout or other issues.Rent strikes are not happening in any meaningful way.

So much from working with design, floor plans and optimizing layout to building and financing.

It sounds lousy to me compared to what a house could give you with a good layout, especially with a basement that can often become 3+ rentable rooms.
