If you are planning on offering internet access, beware that you, as the provider, are responsible for what you tenants do on your wifi.

Also, he did tell me to take a look at the trust to see how it was set up mainly for my own growth as an investor but I have been unable to locate it through the county recorder web site or anywhere on the internet so insight into finding would be helpful?

Also, more properties were allowed to be put on that list than I had originally understood.As to learning about an area, you can learn a great deal by internet searches, reading reviews of professionals and some phone calls.

I'm new to bigger pockets and rolling out a video shortly to explain.In short, we drive traffic online in my internet marketing business and in my opinion the tools lead flow gives you are not to drive traffic, but to manage the traffic you drive.I'm just digging into realflow because it does seem to have potential if used properly mixed with other online marketing strategies. 

Been working with Internet advertising for close to 20 years now, and with search and related ads since they've existed.

Are there  better internet advertising media than Craigslist for rentals?
