Are there  better internet advertising media than Craigslist for rentals?

There are lots of platforms for rentals, it just depends on whether or not you're looking for paid or free marketing. Rentals.com, Rent.com, Homes.com, Trulia, Zillow, Facebook - It's best to have a few websites that you normally post rentals on.

If you have several rentals and want to get the best tenants into these rentals & also need a PM software, I would suggest Appfolio. They send out to hundreds of marketing websites to help you get vacancies filled fast & with the best tenants.

Unfortunately the software isn't cheap (about $250) but for someone with several rentals, the cost may be a drop in the bucket compared to holding costs, negative cash flow, etc. Hope this helps :)
