Texas has some funny cash out rules and this will just scare a lot of banks away from you.I feel that the strongest chance of success here is to find a private person who will lend you the money.

Funny cause i had 4 numbers for his WIFE because i couldnt find any for him, but he picked up on the first number i dialed.But yeah the thing is.. i feel like a lot of FSBO's want top dollar and when you call and meet up then offer 50k below what they wanted they'll feel like you wasted their time.
