I have an undergraduate degree in supply chain management, several professional certifications in statists and Lean management and I am currently pursuing my MBA. 

@Brandon Brown granted, you are asking her something she knows with a high degree of certainty is a waste of her time - but instead of attitude, she should give you education and talk to you about what you should be doing.  

I hold a masters degree in real estate, specializing in real estate finance and investment from New York University (Schack Institute of Real Estate).

The more the merrier.Having a college degree doesn't mean you should ask for credit so you can just take the exam.

Why aren't more individuals looking to do deals away from the comfort of their home- if a property is cash flowing, makes money, and is appreciating- What's the issue.We were all afraid to get into this business to some degree but once we start to get comfortable to many people are stuck in their comfortable bubble and won't step out to try and better themselves.

About a year ago I completed a bachelors degree in construction management and have since been working as a consultant for commercial real estate development across the US. 

I live in Lake Charles, Louisiana and am currently attending McNeese State University to obtain my bachelors degree in Business Management!
