New construction nightmares

My husband and I invested a new construction started in August, and it has been a roller coaster since then. It shouldn't be so stressful if i had a trustworthy project manager. However, i chose the wrong person because i didn't do my due diligent to find a reliable one. The project completed date has been postponed several times, as i am writing this post, he told me he has to move the date, again, to mid of January ( it supposed to be completed at the end of November). He is building a SFH for himself right next to mine, "surprisingly" his project took two months shorter than mine. Yesterday i went to check how is my property goes, i was shock to see how bad the construction was. Windows were installed wrong, a lump stuck out from nowhere above the staircase and pony wall in bathroom now was built up to the ceiling. I dont know if its the way how construction works, unless i have to stand in the house everyday, otherwise i will not get the details right? The final product obviously didn't match the CAD floor plan. When we began the project, there was only CAD floor plan, four facades, no blue prints. Some of the problems are easy fix, some are not. When i bringing the problems to this PM who told me he wasn't aware ( really! then why did i even pay you?!). I am so furious now, it is so close to finish, and i cannot wait to sell the house and move on. But now i dont even have confidence to sell this house due to these problems. I attached some photos here, please shed some lights on what i ought to do to pass these problems, especially with this PM. What's my right if PM did such a crappy job? Thank you for any suggestions!

Picture 1, no roof on top of the main entrance!!

Picture 2, ( should be rotated clockwise 90 degree) its a lump above the staircase. How the world he thinks its ok??!!

@Ashley Zhang it seems like you are learning some lessons the hard way.

A few things to point out from your other posts.

It seems like you've consistently pursued the cheapest option- PM instead of a GC. A Cad file instead of a full set of prints. And it seems like you're getting what you paid for. What did you expect? If you wanted a full service experience you should expect to pay for that.

I agree with @Jay Hinrichs that these are very minor issues and common to new construction projects.

If you'd like to keep doing this I suggest learning from this experience and go from there.
