I see this model offering a diversification of markets; Homes and Food being two things that people need in any economy.

So a good friend of mine had me read Rich Dad Poor Dad and it was a life changer!

This is what got me motivated to become an investor:I read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and I agreed with his concepts.

It's like tasting new food.

I've read through Rich Dad, Poor Dad and The Richest Man in Babylon so far.

Instead, he recommended, "Rich Dad Poor Dad."

I wish I could go back and house hack my way to riches. 

I have thought about wholesaling as a somewhat "get rich quick" idea, but I do realize that there is quite a bit of work to just find opportunities, never mind closing on good deals.

If you ask these questions, your brain automatically will condition you to do minimalistic work.Read the rich dad poor dad book (I have not read it.. because I am lazy), but I know the gist of it.The way you think is extremely important on how you will act and what you will do.
