Normally that's not a fear but with all these current nutbags gaining steam, I don't think freedom (which is the same as a free market as if you're not free to trade your goods and services with others as you see fit, you're not free) has a guaranteed spot in the US anymore.They're already knocking down all our status.  

Even further, those of us that don't dislike it don't really have any experience with it (we're here as real estate investors) so any info we're providing is just guessing and probably less helpful than what you'll find in arbitrage groups on Facebook, etc.

It's just too obvious they're most often fraudsters who prey on gullible people that are attracted to "status symbols" and therefore buy into the hype.Just from looking at the photos, it didn't surprise me at all those you mentioned offer little to no real substantive information on the industry.

Can't believe this nonsense thread is still going.We live in a society where it's in style to claim victim status and many groups even battle it out to see who is the bigger victim group.  

We are checking off market sources (such as Facebook groups) as well as the MLS.

The big boys like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon... etc... are spending billions now acquiring or building Mobile platforms for their marketing strategies.

With all that said, I think a degree is more of a status symbol these days.

I work dayshift at my current job and have 5 1/2 hours till I go to bed so I feel I can maximize my free time and weekends to learning the ropes and then in time start building my business. after posting on facebook that im getting my license a friend of mine commented that he wanted me to sell his house so I may get my first listing soon.
