I try and extend as much as possible to spread out work and you would probably rather have a return prepared in the summer when someone can actually think than to throw something out on March 15th.

The balloon is soon coming to an end and the owner is not interested in extending the balloon.

The only advantage of extending the lease is the tenant has paid on time every month.

However, to be compensated, every person must have some role in the partnership that extends beyond simply raising money, like some operational responsibility, putting earnest money at risk in the deal, signing on the debt, etc.  

The deal was for 1 year (but has been extended for 1 more year).

You should invest from a position of strength, not over-extending yourself in an attempt to force success.

Slow Leaks that cause damage over time would probably not be covered.The coverage for pipes generally does not extend outside the foundation. 

What works well for us as an extended family visiting will work just as well for other extended families.So I guess it all depends on what you are looking for.

This was originally a 5 year plan however covid, cost and purchase availability have extended the timeline.
