We have been involved in a number of transactions that involved subdivisions where the client essentially only obtained/filed the subdivision map and did/made absolutely no building or improvements and the 1031 Exchanges were disqualified under audit. 

You can kind of game the system by making the minimum payments and paying it off in full before the end of the promotional period, essentially giving yourself a no-interest loan.

Essentially you can accomplish the same with your very first rental house.

Hey Folks,Great article in the NY Times, essentially saying (YAY) there's gonna be more renters!

Education is essential in any business endeavor and I am an advocate of lifetime learning as well.
