These properties would have already been taken by the banks by now if it wasn't for the 'robo-signing fiasco' which effectively restarted many of these foreclosures.So there you have it on 'Ghosttown' (nickname for Irvington by some of the young locals).

In the winter, less heat/cold will effect home.

My understanding it is in effect till 12/31/13.

Why should I invest in these properties knowing could effect my lively hood having brokers license?

Now keep in mind if you are going to sell the property then you should prioritize  the cash flow because that will directly effect your value.
