I am chin deep in a 203k and days from closing but my brokerage company has screwed me good.

The charge for a first time, deep cleaning is dependent not only on the location, but it's tied directly to the size of the property.  

You can dive as deep as you want to into the articles points, but I'm going to stay on a macro level.

On the other hand real estate investing does interest me so I will be diving head first into that world as well.
