I spoke with the current employer and the applicant received positive feedback.So my question is how do you guys deal with a situation where an applicant looks good on all aspects of the application, but they are moving to a new area and haven't yet established employment?

IF they even own the asset .. not get their doc's and deeds and all sorts of other VERY routine aspects of a real estate transactions just screams of amateur hour.. and the marketing company just throwing up as much as will stick make their money have no back end liability and laugh all the way to the bank.

I don't believe that other top sites such as PatchOfLand or LendingHome use BPOs...Seeing as how the LTC, LTV and LT-ARV are such crucial determinants of whether a RECF investment ultimately proves profitable (or not) I am truly surprised to hear that RS does this...Does it really save them that much money?
