Buying rentals is dangerous because of market crashes that can happen ,they think you will receive a phone call each night at 2 am due to a clogged poopy toilet .

The market has been full of investors since before the '08 crash and has gotten pretty expensive for flippers since then.

Not your typical way to do it but at least if market corrects or even crashes i have a house paid for to rent out and continue to get income.
