I can draw no clue from the index, where they have articles for ownership, improvement of common area, architectural control, ect.

Get your hard earned money out of wall street and onto main street where you can control your investment dollars.

We set up our own management company so we could control everything and do it right (we only manage our own stuff).

The owner seems very lazy with information and the property was obviously left to it's own devices with little to no management.
