Hello, I'm Glen. Im from eastern Pennsylvania and would like to learn to wholesale. It seems fun to me to negotiate and make the deals. Currently I am a machinist and I like the job but, I feel that I could do so much more. That I was missing so much from working long hours. My long term goals are to eventually make enough cash flow or constant wholesales to be able to quite , retire sounds a little better, my job and work for myself. Worst case scenario I want a little more in my 401k or bank account for later.

A coworker of mine told me about investing in real estate. It didn't seem like the thing for me. He would tell us stories about how these tenants wouldn't pay, or how they would destroy the place. He used to be a contractor so he knows how to fix stuff for cheap. I kept what he told me in the back of my head and moved on.

After awhile some of my friends wanted to get into it to. I thought well with more people we would have more ideas, money, and varying talent. So I started researching. I found out that you don't need to just buy and rent to make money in real estate. That's how I got to this site.
