Is this a legit company? 

I basically hate everything about my W-2 job except Mentoring employees.I’d like to go into real estate full time in some capacity and wondering if there is a way I could leverage mentoring/coaching to pivot my career full time into real estate?

I'd Consider leveraging VA services and ensuring thorough training for effective cold calling, or opt to hire a professional cold calling service.

The owner of the lending company I work for owns 160 rental properties here in Baltimore and we understand the market very well.

I work for a Property Management company and have done it for years so I am not a rookie. 

I would recommend googling some companies around you that do countertops and visit them.

I wanted to introduce myself and my company, Handy Central, to everyone. 

A lot of the things a mortgage company requires is to protect their financial interests (and subsequently protect you also)....getting title insurance, a survey, an assessment/inspection, and requiring home owner's insurance. 

This would be a pretty sweet deal for me if possible as it would combine the tax advantages of 1031 with the leverage advantages of owner occupy multifamily mortgages. 

Somewhat agree, I do think there are a ton of bad PM companies out there.As a prior renter, I’ve seen my fair share of them too.
