Introduction - Small RE Investor - Looking to grow!

Hi to the BP community, first time posting with introduction of myself!  My wife and I are proud buy & hold investors with 4 doors (2 single family, 1 duplex) and are looking to grow as our financing opens up.   Currently about to remodel one side of our duplex from a 2 bed/2 bath to a 3 bed/2 bath with upgraded mini split ductless HVAC system.

We've been doing real estate investing for over 10 years and I'm close to finishing developing a land lording class for local landlords to learn from my mistakes of 10 years and similar to the BP mentality ensure landlords are raising the bar to push the less than reputable landlords out as we feel our tenants deserve better!  When all landlords operate with their tenants in mind, we all win is our attitude.

Hoping over time to connect with fellow Portland OR area BP members and learn from them about how their financing deals, finding deals, and growing their portfolios!

@Steven Schafer don't fall for those tenant negative stories about PMCs.

A significant portion of these tenants are really complaining about being held accountable to the terms of their lease!

These types of tenants want a private landlord they can manipulate to get what they want.

Most of the negative reviews of PMCs are from tenants that didn't like being told, "NO" or being evicted for nonpayment.
