i wrote 5 because that's about the type of rehab we want - carpets, rugs, "splurge" items like updated appliance, ceiling fans and a cheap/nice tile in Baths.what about the reo situation - your thoughts (or anyone elses) on offering well below their list prices?

My lease did include what's furnished - ceiling fans, microwave, blah blah blah, LAWN FURNITURE, blah blah blah...but did say 1 table + 4 chairs.However, I have dated pictures back to the day of move in showing 4 chairs.Is it expensive?

The basement consisted of a large  room about 340 square feet that was finished when I bought it in that it had drywall on the ceiling and walls, and had an unfinished area that consisted of the electric panel, water heater, furnace and washer/dryer.
