Hi everyone, i'm very new to wholesaling, watched a couple videos by Flipping Mastery TV on youtube and after some research, thought i'd do my first few offer calls.I was able to find 2 seller's agents who are interested but they don't want to sign a PSA with me until I have viewed the property in person.

She lives in one unit and rents out the other, and it's worked out great for her.

Commercial loans require 30%-35% down and a DSCR loan will require 25% down. 

I will be managing all booking, renovation, and maintenance operations of the STR (besides mandatory front desk operations, and cleaning - required to be run by the Hotel).

Is the rental market just oversaturated, and you can't get tenants?
