There are a lot of rules and permits you might need to follow and apply for!

I do have some business credit cards I opened too, applied with my SS# since they largely go off your personal credit for the initial approval. 

You will apply for the mortgage loan as individuals on the same application.

Even if you were co-borrowers on the current primary mortgage you would have to qualify with the entire payment if you were applying for a new loan solely in your name.

While not worded great, overall it definitely applies to “maximum 3 rental units Per Owner”.
