Update On My Status Change

Posted

This process takes a while, you have to have patience. I applied back in April and my application just finished in July. My landlord called customer service and wanted the funds to come to me and I pay her once I received the funds. I filled out the ACH Form and thought I would get direct deposit but I received a check on yesterday (7/26/2021) Once your status says "Payment Being Processed"  that mean you are in the last stage. One they have sent off the funds, it will say "Paid" that means they have sent out the funds to you or your landlord.  Good Luck to everyone and just keeping checking your online account. I did notice it took about a week for any changes to be made online and if they need anything from you they will send you a direct message telling you what to send in. I hope this helps you all.
