In a time of rising interest rates what's the best strategy to access equity and buy the next property?

The bank wasn't allowing interior access, but I was able to talk to some of the neighbors as well as the previous owner, and found that this home (and the subdivision) was badly damaged by the floods.

For instance, if you paid all cash for an apartment building and you received a 7 cap, but you could buy an industrial building all cash and receive an 8 cap, then you would in theory rather purchase the industrial building.

Do you have a direct access to the seller?

Plus direct access to the Tahoe area for all the outdoors activities..

I just like to get license and get access to all inside and thinking it may be handy for me as an investor.
