I have met a few investors but I am looking to meet with agents as well because I am studying to get my license.

However, if you are talking about a bank foreclosing, a recent study showed that the average time from the filing of the Notice of Default to filing a Notice of Trustee Sale is just under a year. 

I am not there yet but by studying the business of other highly successful agents, I will get in about 2-4 more years.

Study one area that you are really interested and become the system expert their first.

Phase 1 Study did not inspect units for radon, asbestos, etc.

Lastly, I am currently studying to get my brokers license in the hopes that it will expand my knowledge in RE as a whole while also giving me direct access to the MLS.

I think you have a working home phone and think you need to be contacted elsewhere only when showing your rental.I have spent more time than I'd like to admit studying cheap cell phones.
