Would like to post an introduction, as I do in all forums of interest. Although I have been a member for almost 2 years now, I feel that I am finally in a position to begin exploring and building my own wealth in new business ventures. My brother had told me about the site 2 years ago.  I am currently employed and although it is a low salaried position, I do enjoy what I do and the potentials in growing and advancing as things grow.

I am fortunate enough to be in a position in which I just came out of a partnership that owned a commercial strip mall. It was a bitter sweet sale but an opportunity to build my own wealth.

I intend to read, study, learn, network and get some deals going all while staying employed full time. Although it may not be the most effective way, it is a necessity until real estate investing can fulfill a decent living. I look forward to chatting and possibly meeting with some of you on here!.

Cheers!
