Are they trying to show you how well they are taking care of the property, or are they vaguely skipping over every room hoping you won't look in that storage closet

The same as a residential MF building?...Should there be any changes in the basic financial measures or calculations?And how the hell do I prepare for refinance? How will the lender value the property?...

It's far safer than working on ladders, and it also has some unbelievable storage space.On the possibility of the business arrangement per the previous post, we actually had a business arrangement gone bad, of sorts.

There is a nice manufactured home on 3 acres, with good size storage shed, and 10 GPM well, with no covenants, $130,000.The agent emailed me asking me to call to discuss a payment plan.What strategies, tips, etc., do you have for me for talking down the price, creatively finance the deal with owner, finding private money to finance part/or all if necessary, possible putting something on land to rent out if allowed due to no covenants, how to make it a win - win for both parties, etc?

Storage: currently each unit has a caged/locked area in basement which is included in rent.
