In Montana I have found value in building relationships and sharing success/fails with folks and learning from others success/fails.

An example of this is sales and interpersonal relationships.

She has become super successful in a very short space of time,  it has taken time to create loyal relationships especially as her market is South Florida which has an older demographic, but she is building up a great network!

In the process, I hope I can add value, create strong relationships with many of you and, in a not so distant future, be able to give back to other who come after me in a similar position to the one I am current at in this journey.

Setting expectations with contractors is vital, or any working relationship.

There is a multi I am interested in and I have a relationship with the mortgage broker as he is a friend of the family. 

So far, I have a mortgage broker that I have built a healthy relationship with and he plans to help me by also referring me to contractors, agents, etc.

Build a relationship with a lender that wants to fill their pipeline as well.
