Buy 20 signs (these are made of corrugated plastic and have wire frames that push into the ground)2. hand write on them "rent to own" "No bank qualifying" and my phone number. 3. put 3 of them in the front of the house that I have for sale and the others in busy areas where people can see them.that's it!

I don't know about you guys but working from home for last 3 weeks I WANT to go into an office soon : ) Since every single REIT dropped in price (other than cell phone antenna holders, data centers and industrial) you kind of have your pick amongst which ones will recover the most.

God help us all.I was glad to have spoken to all of you either in person or on the phone last Friday, March 20, 2020, and then again today, Saturday March 28, concerning the situation of the world at present.Verbal action requiring written notice took place concerning your lease on March 20th when I verbally expressed that rent for the month of April 2020 is waived.

Our real estate agent did a video walkthrough for us of the units (one vacant and one occupied -- don't worry, for the occupied she handed her phone to the tenant for them to do the walkthrough).We're gonna work with our agent to answer the following concerns, but I wanted to see what you all recommended as well:1) We drove past the house and looked at it from the outside, but my wife is uncomfortable purchasing a house for us to live in where we haven't seen the inside, even if it's just the vacant unit.
