Ok, I got a house under contract and now I'm going to put 20 bandit signs in the area, so I ran an ad on Craigslist to find a person to put the bandit signs for me.

It has heen 8 days, and I haven't found anybody.

My craighlist ad says:

Need driver to put "bandit" signs

compensation: 80 dollars.

Job duties:

1. Buy 20 signs (these are made of corrugated plastic and have wire frames that push into the ground)

2. hand write on them "rent to own" "No bank qualifying" and my phone number. 

3. put 3 of them in the front of the house that I have for sale and the others in busy areas where people can see them.

that's it!, you would need a car or a truck to carry the signs.

all this takes 5-10 minutes per sign. (include drive time). most of our drivers have found it easier to do it at night because there is less traffic.

its very easy work and its a great way to make some quick money.
