If you're a Real Estate Agent/Realtor who specializes in working with investors - new and experienced - It would be great to hear from you!

1. What area(s) do you service?

2. Who does your team consist of? i.e. other sales agents, property managers, lenders, attorneys, etc...

3. What changes, if any, have you seen during the COVID-19 pandemic?

I'll start things off:

1. New York - Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, the Bronx

2. FHA, conventional and Hard money lenders; Real Estate Attorneys; Administrative asst.; Advertisement specialist; 8 Real Estate Agents; Home inspectors; HUD Contractors; Handymen and more

3. Many owner-occupants and tenants are concerned with allowing access to their properties resulting in more 'virtual tours' being recorded. We have also been putting deals into contract site unseen.
