Hello,I'm seeking a mortgage on a property that was purchased in a recent sheriff sale, property located in Union City, NJ.I've been assured that that are local banks that will underwrite mortgages even on the basis of an external appraisal (can't get an internal one because I can't get in the property yet).Any ideas on which these "local banks" may be?

Quick questions to those that know Bergen Lafayette / Greenville Jersey City real estate and developments well.

In order to do this I would need the city to demolish two structures that are abandoned and condemned.

I always end the phone call or conversation saying that I 200% believe they should take the time and money to fly out here and see the neighborhoods and city for themselves.
