I've been looking to get into real estate for awhile now and was struggling to lift my goals off the ground. Then I came into contact with Shawn Ackerman. Shawn was easy to talk to and reviewed his skills and credentials of having 5 plus years experience within real estate with me. Shawn offered his class to me and I am so glad I took him up on it. The class was conducted in two parts. Part one, Shawn taught me what wholesaling was and went through the process of it in great detail. Shawn also helped me with building my own list from scratch to help me get started. Part two, Shawn assisted me with making calls and coached me through the dialogue I should use to be successful. Shawn has been a great mentor with showing me the ropes and within 2 months of meeting with Shawn I already have two houses under contact. He is a great asset to get connected with!
