Non MLS listed multi family in Anchorage

Hello I have been feeling a bit uninspired lately by the multi family inventory and prices currently on the Anchorage market. In my estimation at current interest rates and current rents most 4plexes availabe in Anchorage do not appear to be very good deals. Are there any resources for finding multi family properties in Anchorage that may need some rehabbing yet are still financeable with an FHA loan.... but are not currently on the MLS? Like from a wholesaler perhaps?

Hi @Nicholas Lehman , There's been some very good opportunities in the single family space for that last 2-3 years. I agree with the rents not really justifying multi (1-4 unit) prices. Try working with an agent just to see if what you're looking at is going for asking or below. Additionally, since you're asking for resources: try auction.com, homepath.com, zillow fsbo and make me move, hudhomestore.com and homesteps.com. While some of these will be MLS listed, some will not. Additionally: try looking at for-rent properties and see if there are some places you would like to own or think you could improve. Good luck with your next find!
