I have been speaking to a few homeowners and I would like to put them under contract but as a wholesaler I would like to know what would be my next steps besides finding a buyer?

Assuming I will only do wholesales in the upcoming years what you guys suggest my company should be? 

is it only on listed homes or are they actually competing against off market wholesalers ?

From what I understand, it's partially to persuade people to upgrade to a pro account but mostly to prevent the forums from being flooded by PM's, agents, contractors, wholesalers, flippers, etc. who are just looking to advertise their products/services. 

As a wholesaler, I got a text from a seller offering to sell an empty lot, she is requesting 15K or more...is this too much for an empty lot as wholesaling goes?

Also I'm looking for wholesalers in the area as well, please message me if you have any great suggestions. thanks

Do some wholesale deals where your in and out that way you build some capital all while finding an equity partner that has capital but no time.

I've even found a wholesale HVAC place that let me set up an account with them earlier this year I swapped out a furnace and AC at one sfh I own.
