Wholesaling company. LLC or INC?
I want to start a real estate investment company that focuses on wholesaling for about 2 years before I begin to fix and flip and lease commercial properties as well.
Assuming I will only do wholesales in the upcoming years what you guys suggest my company should be?
LLC or INC
Side note: this company might only have around 5 employees max. (as an initial wholesaling company)
