Not 100% sure, but my understanding is if your lease, 1 year max, was executed prior to foreclosure filing, it is valid, as to a third party purchaser.

I think that we're all susceptible to that kind of thinking, on occasion.If you're looking for people to validate the 'real estate investing is dead' premise, you've come to the wrong church.
