If your wife owned a flooring company and they installed the carpet, would you expect her to receive her normal pay, or would you expect her to not be paid at all, due to your financial interest in the sale of the house?

Creating financed installment deals isn't for the smooth talking salesman, predatory lending issues goes both ways, to a borrower who devised the deal or the lender who devised the arrangements.No interest is saying about the same thing as, give me the cash to buy your place, I'll sign a note, but you shouldn't be entitle to interest on your money, after all, I'm buying it.

I'm all for second chances of course, however I'd like to install forced air in the unit and I'm sure it needs some sprucing up.

For those of you who have had this installed in your rentals, how has it stood the test of time?

I want to use mosiac tile backsplash in all of my units because it's a wow factor that I believe will pay off, nobody else uses them and they aren't that expensive to put in.

There are a couple of ways to tell but the easiest way is to go into your computer's control panel and sort the list of programs by date having the most recent programs installed on the top then look at the dates to see if anything new was installed on your computer. 

Once you figure out some of the other numbers, you would want to determine what your cash flow would be like next year when your $250/mo installments kick in.

I'm curious, for those of you doing full gut/rehabs, do you still install the olde-timey telephone lines and outlets into the walls?
